It is the judge's responsibility to uphold the law. He therefore must dismiss the case in which the FSB failed to provide any evidence of Igor Sutyagin's guilt. At the very minimum, the judge must release Igor Sutyagin from prison before the trial begins. Write to the judge and ask him to release Igor Sutyagin from prison and consider dismissing the case.
